1) In a bowl, combine the flour, salt and black pepper. Toss the peeled and deveined prawns in the mixture until they are evenly coated. 2) Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it is hot. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. 3) While the prawns are frying, make the sriracha-butter sauce by melting the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the sriracha sauce, honey and lime juice and stir until combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 4) Serve the fried prawns with the sriracha-butter sauce on top. Enjoy!
